When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. Newsletter signup collects your email address. A print request also collects your selected photograph and options, name, email, optional phone number, shipping location, and any notes you choose to include. We do not ask for card details through the site.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss availability and shipping for requested prints, and send occasional journal or print updates to people who subscribe. A print request is not a purchase; payment and delivery arrangements are discussed separately. You may ask to stop receiving updates at any time by emailing us.
Website data and cookies
Basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and request logs may be collected by website hosting services to operate and protect the site. Your color-mode preference and saved favorites may be stored in your browser. We do not currently use a dedicated analytics or advertising tracking service; this policy will be updated if that changes.
Service providers and payments
Website hosting and data-storage providers may process information on our behalf to keep the site working. We do not sell your personal information. Online card checkout is not currently available here. If a payment provider is introduced later, its terms and privacy practices will be disclosed before payment is collected.
Protection and retention
We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards to limit who can see submitted information. No internet transmission is entirely risk-free. We keep information only as needed to handle inquiries, maintain records, or meet applicable obligations, and review deletion requests individually.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, or withdraw from email updates. Depending on where you live, other privacy rights may apply.
